I'm Leyla Mowdy. I run several Etsy shops across different niches, and like every seller, I kept slamming into the same wall: the busywork. Listing after listing, the same nine fields, by hand. Most sellers reach for a paid tool. I'd rather find the root of the problem and build the thing that makes it run itself.
That's the whole idea. Dig to the root of a messy, manual problem, find the automated path through it, and build the tool that handles it from then on. Sometimes that's a small job firing webhooks at 2am. Sometimes it's a full app like OneListing. Either way the goal is the same: the busywork should run itself, so you can get back to the part you actually love.
And I show the whole thing. On YouTube I take the tools sellers pay for every month and rebuild them from scratch, in the open. Build it, don't buy it. The aim is always tools — and knowledge — that make you feel capable, not overwhelmed.
